The four Exemplar Voices originals are more than productions. Together, they are the foundations of a creative platform for people whose truth, talent and lived experience have been overlooked.
We welcome proposals in film, documentary, writing, music, spoken word, photography and visual art. Whether you hold a completed work or only an idea, lyric, notebook, recording or unfinished draft, tell us what you want to create and why it matters.
You do not need industry contacts or a polished pitch—only something honest to say. Selected proposals will be considered for development, collaboration or publication through Exemplar Voices.

LIVED EXPERIENCE INTO SYSTEMIC CHANGE
Led jointly by Exemplar Group founder Adam J. Robinson and Shirley Debono through IPP Committee in Action, the People’s Inquiry is an independent, family-led and evidence-based examination of the creation, operation and continuing human and institutional consequences of the IPP sentence.
A NATIONAL PANEL
FOR SYSTEMIC CHANGE
Exemplar Group, working in conjunction with IPP Committee in Action, will drive the National Lived Experience and Victims’/Survivors’ Panel. This single national structure will enable affected people, bereaved families, victims and survivors to shape the Inquiry’s evidence, priorities and recommendations—and help drive lasting systemic change.

YOUTH JUSTICE MANIFESTO
The Inquiry will also develop the Intercontinental Youth Justice Manifesto: a forward-looking framework translating its evidence into principles and commitments for safer, fairer and more humane justice systems across borders and generations.
